About ACOMS+

ACOMS+ is an online scholarly peer review system that supports the submission, review, and decision of a manuscript,
helping the spread of Open Science and leading scholarly communication.

  • Internationally recognized online peer-review system Peer-review system, supporting Open Science, available without charge.
  • Connecting Open Access Platform, AccessON Possible to submit a manuscript to a journal, review a manuscript, or decide on the publication of a manuscript with AccessON account. In addition, users can use diverse AccessON services together.
  • Extending convenience ACOMS+ provides an administration page, where a journal manager can add a journal information and set up
    peer-review options. ACOMS+ also provides various
    statistics and other data for a journal operation.

How to use

It is necessary to submit a scholarly society's (or institute) application for using the ACOMS+ service.
  • STEP 01 A scholarly society (or institute) submit an online application.
  • STEP 02 KISTI receives and reviews
    the application.
  • STEP 03 KISTI creates a domain and
    web pages, provides education program for journal staffs.
  • STEP 04 Journal uses ACOMS+ services.
