ACOMS+ does not provide the proxy service for peer review processes.

The administrator cannot change personal information such as the user's password. After logging in, the user can change the information or change it through ‘Forgot Password?’ process.

You can grant entitlements by clicking a member email, selecting entitlements to be given and setting a period, and then clicking the “Save“ button in [Member management > Member information inquiry] of the Journal Admin page.
